"Midwestern State University's effervescent presentation of Shakespeare's "Love's Labour's Lost" touts some magical qualities - a fully invested and energetic cast that romps around the stage...I did like director Maturo's twist on this Shakespeare standard, which was to incorporate magic. It's challenging to relate Shakespeare to modern audiences, particularly a college audience, and the addition of Harry Potter-like wizards and magic was something novel."
